Associate Ministers :
Assist the Pastor in preaching, worship service, and pastoral care as assigned, helping to nurture the spiritual life of the congregation.
Deacons :
Deacons shall serve as servant of the church under the leadership of the church, promoting the spiritual welfare of the congregation, assisting with communication and ordinances, ministering to the sick and need, and supporting the Pastor in the execution of his pastoral responsibilities
Trustees :
Oversee and protect the church’s property, buildings, and financial assets, ensuring they are properly managed and maintained.
Missionary Society :
Promote Christian services through outreach, and mission efforts of the church. Its mission includes prayer, benevolence, visitation of the sick and shut-in, and support of local and global mission work.
Deaconees/Trustee Wives :
Support the church leadership through service, prayer, mentorship, and assistance during ordinances, worship, and special church functions. Deaconess/Trustee Wives also prepare the communion table.
Laymen :
Encourage spiritual growth, leadership development, and Christian services among men of the church, supporting the overall mission of the congregation. Set the example by living the wor
P.E.A.R.L.S :
Women 35 and over who desire to be a productive part of outreach mission and to grow spiritually in regular church attendance and the work of the Savior. The acronym refers to women who are Prepared; willing to Endure, Available, who will Respond, desire to be a Light and are Steadfast.
Music :
The Music Ministry shall lead and enhance worship through music ad song. Members shall work under the director of the Pastor and Designated leadership to maintain a spirit of reverence in worship services and special programs. Minister of Music oversees the Praise and Worship Team, Mass Choir , Male Chorus and when appropriate the Youth choir.
Floral Board :
The Floral Board shall be responsible for providing and arranging flowers for worship services, special occasions, and expressions of sympathy, as approved by the church.
Provides and arranges flowers for worship services, special occasions, and expressions of sympathy within the church including overnight hospital stays. Support the membership with compassion and kindness while ensuring the church is decorated properly for the season.
Hospitality :
The Hospitality Ministry shall extend Christian fellowship by welcoming members, visitors, and guests, and assisting in creating a friendly, orderly, and inviting atmosphere within the church. This ministry will also spearhead an Orientation Fair for new members joining the church.
Hospitality should seek to transform strangers into friends by “distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.”
Youth Department :
The Youth Department shall oversee ministries that nurture the spiritual, educational, and moral development of the children and youth, as they grow in faith and Christian principles/character.
Bus :
Safely transport church members, visitors, and staff to and from services, events, and other church-related activities.
Culinary :
The Culinary Auxiliary shall assist the church by planning, preparing and serving meals for church-approved events, functions, and outreach ministries.
Media :
Manages the church’s digital communications to support worship services and share the church’s message through technology all social media platforms including the church’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, X, TikTok, and other platforms as assigned.
Ushers :
Assist in maintaining order during worship services, welcoming attendees, and supporting the flow of worship. Ushers shall maintain order and reverence during worship service, and support the Pastor and congregation in the worship experience. There are at least four (4) usher groups – Seniors, Mary Campbell, Male, and Youth.
Pantry :
The Pantry Ministry shall provide food, diapers, and assistance to individuals and families in need as a ministry of Christian compassion and outreach. There are three (3) food ministries including Naomi’s Pantry, the Senior Grocery Program and Meal Connect.
Abundant Life Outreach Ministry ( ALOM): Encourages spiritual growth, fellowship, service, and leadership among the women of the church. ALOM shall foster spiritual growth, fellowship, services and leadership among the women of the church in support of its overall mission.
